Common questions

Is it really free?

Yes. The free plan has unlimited equipment, up to 50 borrowers and 2 admins, with no time limit. You don’t need a card. You only pay when you outgrow it.

Do borrowers need an account?

No. You can register a loan with just a name. If you add an email address, the borrower gets receipts, reminders and a personal link to see their loans.

Do we have to install anything?

No. Lendilo runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers. Admins log in with a code sent by email, so there are no passwords to remember.

We already have a list in Excel. Can we use it?

Yes. Upload the Excel or CSV file, check how the columns are read, and see what each row becomes before anything is saved.

What happens if we stop paying for Pro?

There is no commitment, so you can cancel whenever you like. You keep Pro until the paid period ends, and then move to Free. Nothing is deleted: equipment, history, borrowers and admins all stay, but you can’t add new ones above Free’s limits.

Where is our data stored?

On servers in Sweden, within the EU. You can export everything at any time, and when you delete your organization it is gone for good after 30 days.
